Toilet Paper Roll Monkey

Follow these steps to make your own toilet paper roll monkey! This craft is easy and fun! Check out our other posts for other crafts.  

Materials You Need: 

• Toilet Paper Roll 
• Brown Paint 
• Paint Brush and Glue 
• Scissors 
• Yellow Paper 
• Red Marker 
• Brown Pipe Cleaner 

Instructions: 

1. Cut the top of the toilet paper roll so that it has 2 circles and a hump in the middle. It helps to outline this in pencil first. See the above picture.  
2. Paint the toilet paper roll brown. Wait until it is completely dry and then add a second coat. Let the paint dry.  
3. Cut the yellow paper into the kind of face you want your monkey to have. See the above picture for an example.  
4. Glue the yellow paper onto the top of the roll. 
5. Add googly eyes with glue.  
6. Add a smile and nose with a red marker.  
7. Glue a pipe cleaner onto the back of the toilet paper roll monkey as a tail.
