Follow the dance steps below to learn "I Gotta Feeling" from GoNoodle! We did not create this choreography. We are just breaking down the steps to help you learn this awesome dance! 



Step Clap! 


I Gotta Feeling Dance Steps: 

Part 1:

  • Step and Wave with Right Hand.

REPEAT 4x


  • Step with Right Foot and Punch Up 2 Times.

  • Step with Left Foot and Punch Up 2 Times.

REPEAT 16x


  • Step right, punch with both hands and bounce twice.

  • Step left,  punch with both hands and bounce twice. 

REPEAT 16x


  • Step right and throw your arms up. Step left and cross your arms. 

REPEAT 8x 

  • On the last one, kick your right foot to the front. 


  • Box step starting with your right foot front. Pump your arms up.

REPEAT 8x

Part 2:

Punch up and across with right hand. Step right. 

Punch up and across with left hand. Step left. 

REPEAT 7x


Pose on “off”


REPEAT 2x (right, left)


Swoop down on “down”


REPEAT 3x (right, left, right)

Step Right and Punch Up 2x.

Step Left and Punch Up 2x.

REPEAT 16x

Arms down and up. 

Arms up and down. 

REPEAT 4x

Step right, throw your arms up. Step left, cross your arms.

REPEAT 8x

On the last one, kick right. 

Punch up and across with right hand. Step right. 

Punch up and across with left hand. Step left. 

REPEAT 7x


Pose on “off”


REPEAT 7x


Step clap 16x.

Step wave 2x.


Jump and fist bump 8x.


REPEAT 2x

Step right, throw your arms up. Step left, cross your arms.

REPEAT 4x.

Step Right and Punch Up 2x.
