I like to move it dance steps: 

Muscle move starting with right arm up, left arm down. Switch 3 times and bend knees on first time. 

REPEAT 8x. 

Side gallop right 4 times, then left with hands on hips 3x.

Step out and clap. Step out with arms up. 

REPEAT 2x. 

Stomp and wave right 6x. Run in place 2x. 

Stomp and wave left 6x. Run in place 2x. 

REPEAT 4x. 

Step right rolling arms and pump twice.

Step left rolling arms and pump twice. 

REPEAT 8x. 

Step and mess hair 4x. Open and cross arms 2x. 

REPEAT 4x. 

Side gallop right 4 times, then left with hands on hips 3x.

Step out and clap. Step out with arms up. 

REPEAT 6x.
