Penguin Mosaic

Use this technique to create a penguin mosaic! Get creative and make as many mosaics as you want! 

Materials You Need: 

• Colored construction paper
• Pencil
• Glue

Instructions: 

1. Using the pencil lightly draw the pattern you want to make on a piece of construction paper. You can trace a stencil or freehand the design. In this case, draw a penguin with basic features. 
2. Gather the colors of paper needed to make the design and cut/ shred/ tear the paper into tiny pieces. They can be uneven! 
3. Glue your pieces of paper onto the sketch with the corresponding colors. You will start to see the pattern/ penguin take form! 
4. Let the glue dry and enjoy your art!
