Shaving Cream and Marble Painting

Please enjoy this unique way to paint using shaving cream! Get creative and have fun!

Materials You Need: 

• Liquid paint 
• Paint palate or plate
• Marble
• Paintbrush 
• Shaving cream 
• Eyedropper (optional, but recommended)
• Toothpick
• Papers
• Shallow bowl or container
• Covering for the table (newspapers, tablecloths, etc)

Instructions: 

1. In a shallow bowl, spray a layer of shaving cream. 
2. Dribble various paint colors over the shaving cream using a paintbrush or eyedropper. 
3. Run the back of the paintbrush or toothpick through the shaving cream to create marbling. 
4. Place a sheet of paper on top of the shaving cream and gently pat. Then remove. 
5. Fold another paper in half to make a scraper and scrape off the shaving cream. 
6. Set the paper aside to dry!

You can add more colors or start a new combination by spreading a fresh layer of shaving cream and repeat steps 2-6.
