Egg Carton Rooster
This adorable rooster is the perfect DIY! Follow the steps below to make your own rooster from an egg carton!
Materials You Need:
- Cardboard egg cartons
- Scissors
- Acrylic paint
- Sharpies
- Tacky glue
- Construction paper
- Pipe cleaners
- Googly eyes
Instructions:
- Cut out individual cups from the egg carton and glue 2 cups together.
- Paint the egg piece red.
- Once it's dry, add googly eyes and cut out a yellow beak from construction paper. Glue the beak on.
- Make the comb with half of a red pipe cleaner. Bend it and make 2 holes at the top of the rooster with something sharp (like a pen). Stick the ends of the pipe cleaners into the holes and add glue on top.
- Use the other half of the pipe cleaner to make a tail.
